I have arrived in the zig, all rather uneventful so far, lots of exploring and getting lost. I have no net access at home so can’t write a proper post with photos.
Flat is beautiful, huge and my part totally empty. I have a mattress though which is start. The sun is shining and Leipzig looks beautiful, I think I may have slighly underestimated how much work and € it costs to start over and re-buy everything. So I’ve started with the basics, a duvet and pillow from Aldi, I use the terms basics literally, help me win friends and influence people they probably wont. Now I’m trying to find out how you buy and hang curtains for the worlds largest window. Not an area with which I have any expertise and I’m badly missing some female input and common sense. I suspect I will still need curtains and a bed come christmas, oh well at least the light streaming through the worlds largest window will get me up early, even if it is a bit of a goldfish bowl
